Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience from an outsourcing company is required; experience in SEO & nbsp; or IT outsourcing company is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR best practices as an HR manager or an HR generalist.
  • Working knowledge and detailed understanding of labor laws.
  • Must portray proven leadership traits, rational and assertive in decision making, positive attitude, big picture perspective and sensitivity and warmth towards people.
  • Must be willing to work at Makati City.
