Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be solely responsible for converting / slicing approved final website and email artwork into HTML or Flash and handle all front-end scripting
• Translate design strategy into well-documented guidelines and templates.
• Work with teams to gather requirements and deliver visual design solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple web projects.
• Must have excellent design sense.
• Contributes to the vision of future products.
• Communicate and collaborate with designers, clients and U.S. counterparts.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Must possess at least 3 years of professional web design/ graphic arts experience
• Required language(s): English, American English a plus
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS, Photoshop and Imageready.
• Excellent design sense and a strong grasp of HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver MX, Photoshop, ImageReady, Javascript, CGI and CSS.
• Demonstrate and apply an advanced knowledge of Dreamweaver MX.
• Must be able to hand-code raw HTML.
• Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have excellent knowledge in cross platform / cross browser compatibility issues.
