Weekly Recap: March 17-21, 2014

Yet another week of accomplishments and innovation has passed for us at TrueLogic Online Solutions. Join me as I revisit some of the highlights from the past week!

Town Hall Recap

Last week’s Town Hall was another short and sweet affair, but we had a lot to celebrate. Our Social Media team once again received praise, and so did our Web Developers. We also celebrated Jean’s birthday on March 19, and we congratulated Jan Margery and Jilliane as they celebrated their anniversaries with us.

The TrueLogic Learning Department also congratulated the five participants completed our Keyword Research Service Expertise Certification Training and awarded them their certificates and pins. Congratulations, Mica, Edwin, Marlon, Angela, and Paolo! A special round of applause was in order for Edwin, who was the class’ top scoring participant.

The certification training and modules our learning department produces aims to enrich our team’s knowledge in the industry and keep everyone informed on the industry’s latest best practices. We launched the first round of training in November 2013, and our modules have been highly successful thus far.

Innovator Awards Update

It’s been about a month since we unveiled our Innovator Awards, and we received our first batch of entries. The Innovator Awards give our team members the chance to get creative and submit unique ideas that will contribute to the company’s success. This our way of acknowledging our team’s hard work and ingenuity, and continue fostering an environment conducive to innovation.

We’ve gotten ideas ranging from technical innovations to improvements to existing company policies. With so many great ideas in our inbox, it’s definitely challenging for the judges to choose just one finalist for the month of March!
