THE STRATEGY
The strategy for the campaign was to help the client rank on Google Search for commercial real estate terms segmented by intent (“for sale, pre-selling, etc”), by location (Makati, Laguna, Taguig, etc.), and by customer segment (local, Balikbayans)
THE RESULTS
Through 2020, the client acquired over 440,000 website visitors. This led to 11,000 Inquiries (almost 1000 inquiries per month). Over 5,000 inquiries became leads, with over 1,200 being highly qualified leads. This resulted in over 10 units sold in 12 months resulting in 74M in sales
